Thanks for writing this helpful review! We’ve been hesitant to buy the “GXL V2 COMMUTER SCOOTER *2020 EDITION*” on the GoTrax website even though it looks perfect for our needs because we aren’t sure if we should wait for a “2021” version to come out soon. Do they tend to release new scooters each year around the same time of year?

Great question! I would opt for the Zing E8 for younger children. For teens, the E22 will be best. The E22 is too heavy for younger children.
